Fixing Things Up

Around the house, we're fixing things up. Well, it's mostly Misce and me. Right now we've finished repainting the kitchen after removing all the wallpaper. There's always things to fix but we're making a concerted push to fix all those little things we've neglected over the years. The kitchen is one of them. All that is left right now is re-staining some wainscoting, painting the trim and cleaning up the cabinets a bit. Surprising how a bit of paint, and a whole lot of elbow grease makes a room look better. When it's done I'll post some photos. In the meanwhile, I'll be starting work on the living room and hallway. Need to keep the momentum if we're to redo the living room and possibly our bedroom before vacation in August.
